Alias|Wavefront StudioTools Tutorial

Autodesk AliasStudio (formerly known as Alias StudioTools) is a family of computer-aided industrial design products. Tools for sketching, modeling and visualization are combined in one package that meets the specialized needs of designners.

StudioTools release coincided with two major changes: Alias software was available for the first time on Windows; and the software was available for free for students.   

StudioTools Tutorial

The tutorials were released at the same time as the software. To access the tutorials users had to have StudioTools running on their desktop.

The tutorials on completition unlocked features in the software. The business objective was to reduce the number of support calls fopr the new software. By forcing use of the tutorials, users learned the basic skills required to use the software.
