An online multimedia financial education magazine with a focus on three major topics: Share Plan Communication; Financial Education; and Total Reward. 
Copperfield Communication, Orange employee benefits communications service provider, commissioned us to produce both an application and content to deliver financial education to Orange UK 13,000 employees. Orange wanted to introduce financial education in the workplace in order to help their employees understand the true value of their benefits package. The solution had to be flexible enough to deliver education and information across the whole business, to all employees. And not just at work, employees needed to be able to access the program at home, where they could discuss the issues and options with their families. The Solution A bespoke financial education programme. Get Money Wise, an online multimedia magazine with a range of articles about general personal finance and specific company benefits. With a new edition every two months, Orange will increase the levels of financial literacy across the organization and reinforce the value of the overall benefits package.
The project had three components: creative, application and content. For the application we developed a custom content management system using ColdFusion and MS SQL as the database. Because of the requirement of incorporating rich media in the the content plan and the large number of expected use we deployed all of the Flash elements on a Flash Streaming Server. The content was developed using Flash with custom imagery created in Illustrator and Photoshop. Video segments were optimized for delivery using streaming media.
