Creating an enticing advert/showreel that would encourage potential hires to join the Disney Kelowna studio. I had been shooting all year to create a series of commercial style videos that had little testimonial sound bytes from employees, but this little editing gem was the culmination of "Best of" footage that I'd taken (minus 4 shots in this montage that were procured from Kelowna Tourism).

Filming a professional artist is like being in a visual candy store, creative shots abound and almost take themselves. Here, our goal was to bring the artist’s voice off the canvas and onto the screen. We achieved this by concentrating on crafting the right questions to ask and interviewing in a relaxed atmosphere. The result is a beautiful blend of action, colour and authentic story allowing her to promote her work across various platforms.

This Disney Online Studios intro video was created to re-inforce the idea that all Seven Studios around the globe were a part of the same story. We played this to the audience in both Kelowna and L.A. during our first sattelite linked All Staff meeting.
